Fresher, Crispier Shells Make For Better Quality Meals.
To assure freshness, our shells are shrink-wrapped in sleeves and then wrapped again in a poly bag. These products are not fully cooked so that the finished product is more pliable and less likely to break in shipment. Heating at 350°F for five minutes before serving makes for a crispier shell. Our Taco shells meet the USDA requirements for type A lunch programs (2 regular or 1 jumbo).
