Bruce's Sweet Potato Pecan Waffle

Ingredients

• 1 cup  Bruce's Sweet Potato Pancake Mix
• 2/3 cup  Water
• 1 lrg  Egg
• 1 tbsp  Oil
• 1/2 cup  Whole Pecans

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients together until all large lumps disappear, fold in the pecans.
2. Pour batter into lightly oiled waffle iron, cook until golden brown and fluffy on the inside.
3. Should take about 5 min.
