Cajun Injector French Onion Turkey Burgers With Pepper Jack Cheese, Balsamic Onions, and Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 pnd freshly ground turkey
1/4 cup Yellow Onion, diced
1/4 cup green peppers, diced
1/4 cup red peppers, diced
1 tsp
Casa Fiesta diced Jalapeņos
1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
1 Whole egg
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
4 dashes
Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/2 cup
Cajun Injector French Onion
1 tbsp
Cajun Injector Cajun Shake
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp Paprika
2 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
2 cups Chicken Broth
1/4 cup pecan wood pellets
Directions
Preheat grill to 325- 350 degrees.
In a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients. (except cheese) Gradually fold all the ingredients until all they are mixed together.
Form mixture into four patties making sure they are all the same size.
Place patties on grill and cook until done. (Ground Turkey should be cooked to proper temperature of 165 degrees f.) (15-20 minutes)
Place cheese on top of burgers until melted (2-3 minutes).
