Mexene Quick & Easy Chili Mac

Ingredients
1 pkg
Mexene Chili Mix
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 15 oz can
Mexene Chili Beans
1 10 oz can
Casa Fiesta Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1/2 cup
Water
1 cup Whole Kernal Corn, frozen
3 cups Elbow Macaroni, cooked
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp Garnish of Sour Cream
Directions
Garnish with a dab of Sour Cream.
*For a cheesier version, prepare a pack of macaroni and cheese and use instead of 3 cups cooked macaroni.
In a medium skillet under low to medium heat brown the ground beef.
Mix into the meat mixture the tomatoes and green chilies, chili mix and water.
Slowly add the beans, corn and macaroni.
Sprinkle cheese over macaroni mixture.
Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
