Orange-Chipotle Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 7 oz can  Casa Fiesta Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
• 8 oz  Orange Marmalade
• 5 oz  Honey

Directions

1. Drain chipotle peppers and reserve the abodo sauce.
2. Crush 1-2 chipotle peppers and combine with the reserved abodo sauce.
3. In a 1 quart saucepot, combine the chipotle/abodo mixture, the orange marmalade, and the honey.
4. Bring to a boil and lower heat to a simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Allow sauce to cool a little and then strain to remove any seed, skin, and orange rind.
