Mexene Taco Soup

Ingredients

• 2 lbs  Ground Beef
• 2 cups  Onion, diced
• 1 15 oz can  Casa Fiesta Whole Black Beans
• 1 15 oz can  Casa Fiesta Pinto Beans
• 1 15 oz can  Casa Fiesta Chili Beans
• 1 10 oz can  Whole Corn
• 1 10 oz jar  Casa Fiesta Tomato and Green Chilies
• 1 7 oz jar  Casa Fiesta Diced Green Chili
• 1 2 oz pk  Casa Fiesta Taco Seasoning
• 2 tbsp  Casa Fiesta Mexican Seasoning
• 1 tbsp  Mexene Chili Powder
• 1 15.5 oz can  Casa Fiesta Salsa Picante
• 32 oz  Chicken Broth
• 32 oz  Beef Broth
• 1 ea  Garnishes: Sour Cream, Corn Chips, Green Onion (chopped), Mexican Blend of Shredded Cheese, Casa Fiesta Sliced Jalapeno'

Directions

1. Brown ground meat in stock pot, drain excess fat and set aside.
2. Return pot to medium heat and saute' onions for 5 minutes.
3. Return meat to pot and add the beans, corn tomatoes and green chili, diced green chili, taco seasoning, Mexican Seasoning, salsa, picante' and broth.
4. Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Adjust seasonings as necessary.
5. To serve, place a few corn chips in each bowl and ladle soup over them.
6. Top with garnishes preferred.
