Microwave Chili Made Easy

Ingredients

• 1 lb  Ground Beef
• 1 8 oz can  Tomato Sauce
• 1 pk  Chili Seasoning Mix
• 2 tbsp  Original Louisiana Red Chili Hot Sauce
• 1/2 cup  Water
• 1 15 oz can  Casa Fiesta Chili Beans

Directions

1. Break ground meat into smaller portions and place in a 2 quart microwavable bowl.
2. Microwave on high for 3 - 5 minutes, rotating dish.
3. Drain excess oil.
4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
5. Cover bowl, microwave on high 6-8 minutes, rotating bowl and stirring every 3 minutes during cooking.
6. Remove form oven and sprinkle shredded cheese.
