Casa Fiesta Products
From tacos and tortillas to chilies and tomato-based sauces, the production of Casa Fiesta food items accounts for a large portion of total food production at Bruce Foods. Casa Fiesta products are primarily manufactured in El Paso, Texas, located on the Mexico-New Mexico border alongside the Rio Grande river. Casa Fiesta items are prized for their spicy flavoring, fresh taste, and quick and easy preparation.
The complexity of the company’s Mexican food manufacturing division ranges from the procurement of raw vegetables to the loading of large container shipments ready for delivery to supermarkets around the world. Truckloads of fresh, field-ripened tomatoes, the finest locally grown New Mexico green chili peppers, and many other raw ingredients of food manufacturing are seasonally delivered to the doors of the 75-acre El Paso manufacturing facility. Plant managers and quality assurance technicians personally inspect every load before accepting food deliveries for processing. Seasonal production of individual products depends upon optimum harvest time for the fresh ingredients.
As Casa Fiesta continues to develop and introduce new food items, the company takes great care to remain consistent in the ingredient ratio and quality content of every product.
